Role Responsibilities

  • Operate telephone switchboards and systems to initiate, advance, and complete various calls, including local, long distance, pay phone, mobile, person-to-person, and emergency connections
  • Observe signal lights on switchboards, dial or press buttons to route calls, and maintain seamless connections
