English Gaming Support Agent

About the job

As a Gaming Support Agent at 5CA, you’ll handle customer support issues for an assigned game studio. You’ll help players with account and technical issues and resolve purchase- and gameplay-related queries. You’ll work with a team of agents under the guidance of a Team Lead and an Operations Manager and take assisted training modules that help you grow, develop, and improve your skills as you work. You’ll stay on top of the client’s newest projects and updates, as well as past releases and branding, and help their players continue enjoying the games they love.

About You

  • You speak and write English at an advanced level (minimum C1).
  • You are located in Albania, Algeria, Kosovo, Nigeria, or Tunisia.
  • You have in-depth gaming knowledge and love anything related to video games
  • You own a modern gaming PC/laptop
  • You are a fast learner, take initiative and excel at troubleshooting
  • You have a dedicated quiet workspace located within your residence
  • (Optional) Experience in a Customer service environment is a plus.

Technical Requirements

A minimum internet speed of 15 Mb/s download and 15 Mb/s upload with Latency < 120 ms, internationally

Job Summary

One of our clients is seeking a skilled Meteorologist to interpret, analyze, and communicate critical weather information. This remote, part-time opportunity is ideal for a meteorological professional who excels at delivering accurate forecasts and translating complex atmospheric data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as this role involves preparing reports, briefings, and alerts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze meteorological data using industry-standard forecasting tools and methodologies

If you’ve got an eye for visual storytelling, a camera or smartphone you know how to wield, and you’re always ahead of the latest TikTok or Reel trend, we want you on our team.

About the role:

As a Video Content Creator, you’ll ideate, shoot, edit, and produce social-first video content across formats—be it Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes footage, or motion graphics. You’ll collaborate with the strategy, content, and design teams to bring campaigns to life in thumb-stopping ways.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop short-form video content tailored to different platforms
  • Pitch and storyboard creative ideas and formats
  • Shoot and edit video for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Stories
  • Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and audio to enhance content
  • Stay on top of social video trends and recommend creative ways to adapt them
